Booking & Reservations
Bookings can be made through our website, email, WhatsApp, or by contacting our office directly. A booking is confirmed once the required deposit has been received and confirmed by Dark Berry Adventures.
Payment Terms
A deposit of 50% of the total tour cost is required to confirm your reservation. The remaining balance must be paid at least 14 days before the start of your tour, unless otherwise agreed in writing.
Payments can be made using the payment methods provided by Dark Berry Adventures.
Prices
All prices are quoted in the specified currency and are subject to change without prior notice until a booking is confirmed. Once your booking has been confirmed, the agreed price will be honored unless changes are requested by the client.
Cancellations & Refunds
Cancellations made 18 days or more before departure are eligible for a full refund of payments made, less any non-refundable third-party costs where applicable.Cancellations made less than 18 days before departure may incur cancellation charges depending on confirmed bookings with hotels, airlines, parks, or other service providers.Refunds, where applicable, will be processed within a reasonable period.
Changes to Bookings
Any changes requested after confirmation are subject to availability and may result in additional charges.
Travel Documents
Guests are responsible for ensuring they have valid passports, visas, vaccination certificates, and any other travel documents required for their destination.
Travel Insurance
We strongly recommend that all travelers purchase comprehensive travel insurance covering medical emergencies, cancellations, personal belongings, and unexpected travel disruptions.
Health & Safety
Guests should inform Dark Berry Adventures of any medical conditions, dietary requirements, or mobility limitations that may affect their travel experience.
Liability
Dark Berry Adventures acts as a tour operator and works with trusted accommodation providers, transport companies, airlines, and other partners. While every effort is made to ensure a safe and enjoyable experience, we cannot accept liability for delays, accidents, injuries, loss of personal belongings, weather conditions, government actions, or circumstances beyond our reasonable control.
Itinerary Changes
We reserve the right to modify itineraries where necessary due to weather, road conditions, park regulations, safety concerns, or operational requirements. Any changes will be made with the best interests of our guests in mind.
Photography
During your tour, photographs or videos may be taken for promotional purposes. If you prefer not to appear in such content, please notify us before or during your trip.
