Cancellations made 18 days or more before departure are free of charge. All bookings are subject to availability at the time of confirmation. Accommodation and transport are subject to availability and may be substituted with a similar standard if necessary. Park entry fees and government taxes are subject to change without prior notice. Should official rates increase, any difference may be payable before departure. Guests are responsible for ensuring they have valid travel documents, visas (where applicable), and adequate travel insurance. Dark Berry Adventures reserves the right to amend the itinerary if required due to weather conditions, road conditions, park regulations, or other circumstances beyond our control, while ensuring the overall quality of your experience.
